Dolefil starts 5-year Greening Program with 1,100 bamboo planted

Soccsksargen’s largest multinational food grower and manufacturer, Dolefil started implementing the Green Clause stated in its Collective Bargaining Agreement with Lead.ph (Labor Employees Association of Dolefil.Polomolok Hourlies) by planting 1,100 bamboo tree saplings on September 18, 2011 at a gully in Polomolok, South Cotabato.

The momentous occasion was attended by over 200 Dolefil employees and officers including Dolefil VP and Managing Director Mr. Simon Denye, Dolefil HR Division Director Atty. Mel Hernandez with Lead.Ph President Francis Gales.  Also present were Provincial Environment Management Officer, Ramon Ponce de Leon and Environment Bureau Region 12 Director Datu Tunko Saikol.
